SINGAPORE's YCH Group has announced that its newly-established Airport Logistics Park in Tianjin Free Trade Zone has commenced operations.

The new CNY124 million (US$16.3 million) logistics park covers an area of 5.2 hectares and will meet YCH's global customers' logistics demands as they expand operations and enlarge manufacturing in the Asian Pacific region, Logistics Week reported.



The facility is the second project of YCH in Tianjin in three years. The company plans to increase investment in China in the next few years and its next investment in China will be in Shanghai's Yangshan Free Trade Port Area and Lingang Logistics Park.
