Shenzhen's SCT sets monthly box record in August

SHEKOU Container Terminal (SCT) in Shenzhen handled 283,171 TEU in August this year, a new monthly record representing an increase of 22 per cent.

Total container throughput of the terminal came to 1.95 million TEU from January to August this year, rising 23.5 per cent, a company statement of SCT said.
