Airbus does not expect big orders at this month's Le Bourget airshow, according to the plane maker's chief executive Thomas Enders, Reuters reported.
Enders told France's business daily Les Echos that Airbus could deliver fewer aircraft in 2010 than in 2009.
"It will depend on a number of factors. We still lack visibility on 2010, and airlines lack visibility even more," Enders said.
In an interview with Germany's Handelsblatt, Enders said it would be a "dream result" if Airbus gets 300 orders this year as planned.
"I am confident that we can reach out target for deliveries if there is no further crash in the finance world," he told Handelsblatt. |
