Boeing has named Daniel Gillian as its new director of enterprise sourcing for the company's India headquarters in New Delhi.

Speaking about the company's latest appointment, Boeing India president, Ian Thomas, said Mr Gillian would help play a central role in establishing strategic business relationships with Indian companies.

"Dan will help develop our network of Indian partners and will pursue mutually beneficial growth and productivity opportunities," he said.

Mr Gillian has held several positions during his seven-year Boeing career, including assignments in programme management and engineering functions. He most recently served as programme manager for avionics on critical platforms for Boeing Integrated Defence Systems.
