Munich Airport has become one of the first organizations in Germany to sign up with Google's Indoor Maps service. The worldwide Google Maps service is now moving indoors, offering maps of the interiors of large public buildings such as airports, shopping malls and museums. That means that anyone with a smartphone or tablet running the mobile operating system can use it to find their way around all levels of these buildings and use wireless network data there to check their location. The Indoor Maps functionality is available in Germany starting today.




  Iraqi Airways takes delivery of its first Airbus A330   2012-12-6

On behalf of Iraqi Ministry of Transportation, Iraqi Airways, the national carrier of Iraq, has taken delivery of its first A330-200 becoming a new operator for the type. This will be the first Airbus widebody aircraft to be operated by Iraqi Airways. The carrier already operates two A321 aircraft.

Airbus has successfully completed the main structural assembly and system connection of A350 XWB 'MSN1' 每 the first flight-test aircraft. The aircraft is depicted here on its wheels for the very first time moving out of the main assembly hall (Station 40) at the recently inaugurated ※Roger B谷teille§ A350 XWB Final Assembly Line in Toulouse. It then entered the adjacent indoor ground test station (Station 30).
