Evergreen sees profit ahead, market recovery in 2011

EVERGREEN Group chairman Chang Yung-fa said his container shipping lines and EVA Airways will cut costs during the slowdown, but he is certain of continuing profit to come.

Mr Chang was cited as saying in Taipei's Economic Daily News that the Taiwanese transport group was not expecting layoffs in 2009 and was hopeful market recovery in 2011.
