2008-12-22

EVERGREEN will add Tianjin to its China-South US West Coast China Service (CPS) from January 2, the Taiwanese shipping line has announced.

The 6,332-TEU Hatsu Envoy 0316-067E will set sail from Tianjin on January 2 to join a weekly rotation from Tianjin to Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Los Angeles, Oakland and back to Tianjin.

"This move has been designed to meet the growing cargo needs from North China. Cargo can be directly connected into Evergreen's global liner network to help customers deliver better and quicker results," said an Evergreen statement.'
