Ground-breaking begins for UPS in China

The Shanghai Airport Authority has conducted a formal ground-breaking ceremony for the brand new UPS international air terminal at Pudong airport. UPS, alongside the other major integrators, FedEx, DHL and TNT, has long identified China as a key market for future Growth. UPS¨s general freight has grown alongside its express business, since its acquisition of Menlo and the company will be looking to substantially grow both sectors following the opening of the facility.
