Kuehne + Nagel has been honoured as the best 3PL for high-tech and electronics at eyefortransport's Best North American 3PL Awards 2007.

The results were announced at the end of last month in Atlanta at a gala dinner attended by leading executives from 3PL firms and users, along with transport partners, industry consultants and IT providers.

Eyefortransport is a provider of logistics and transportation information and services. Award recipients were determined from votes cast by third-party logistics customers for the best logistics service providers in specific industry segments.

According to eyefortransport, voters said the attributes that make for a successful 3PL include flexibility and proactive problem solving, delivering on commitments and effective communications.
