FIATA appoints president

WILLIAM Gottlieb, from the Canadian forwarding association Ciffa, has been appointed the new president of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), at its recent world congress in Dubai (UAE).

Gottlieb succeeds Manfred Boes, who will remain on the FIATA steering committee as immediate past president.
