The annual congress for the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) is taking place at Dubai's Grand Hyatt Hotel fromOctober 18-22.

The event, which was previously held in Dubai eight years ago, will carry the theme "Economic Mobilisation Through Transport Logistics".

"We are very proud that Dubai is hosting the FIATA World Congress once again," said His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, president of Dubai Civil Aviation and chairman of Emirates Group.
