The Emirates Nationals Development Programme (ENDP) and Al Fahim Enterprises, founder of Paris Gallery, recently held a joint open Recruitment Day to interview UAE job seekers for retail positions.

The Open Day saw a panel of Al Fahim Enterprises managers interviewing UAE national jobseekers for suitable career placements with the company. The event marked one of the several initiatives launched by ENDP during the past few months to tackle new sectors, including banking, hospitality, real estate, insurance and retail.

"Organising open recruitment days is an extremely helpful strategy, that allows UAE nationals to discover diverse retail job opportunities," said Azzah Al Sharhan, director of ENDP.

"It also provides them with a chance to apply for the job positions and attend direct placement interviews.
