Eastern Airways will introduce a third daily rotation on its Aberdeen Airport to Stavanger route today, less than three months after the company launched the service, its first international scheduled flights from Scotland. The regional airline has also introduced a Sunday return flight on the route.
The new weekday flight, which departs Aberdeen at 12:25, returning with a 16:40 departure from Norway, will supplement the existing early morning and late afternoon flights. The Sunday service leaves Aberdeen at 17:20 and Stavanger at 19:55.
In a further move to improve customers¡¯ onward options, from next Monday (October 29), the times of the weekday service between Aberdeen and Stornoway have been altered with the flight leaving Aberdeen at 15:10, arriving in Stornoway at 16:05, with the return flight departing at 16:35, for a 17:30 arrival in Aberdeen.
Eastern Airways celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and also offers onward connecting UK services from Aberdeen to Bristol, Durham Tees Valley, East Midlands, Humberside, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Southampton and Wick.
