Good service + Good Rates = Good Customers. If you have bad customers your company will have a big problem. If you have a good customer you find a friend and they never leave you.
JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Mr. Lic. Juan Cruz Racana: First Work hard always, second Give good service to everyone, and third never give up! The only way you can do this is having blind faith!

Mr. Lic. Juan Cruz Racana: We are working hard to develop more and more biz, every day. We are looking for to have our own consolidation in some important ports.
