Ukraine's railway transportation to seaports up 21%, y-o-y

In October 2007, the volume of Ukraine's railway transportation to seaports grew by 21%, year-on-year, to 9 million tonnes, Ukrzaliznitsa reports according to RZD-Partner. The growth should be attributed to increase of transit, which grew by 19.4%, year-on-year. However export fell by 2.1% against the previous month. In September and October it decreased by almost 10% to 4.74 million tonnes.
