Globe Express opens second branch office in Malaysia
POSTED: 8:50 a.m. EDT, May 9,2007
International freight forwarder and logistics firm, Globe Express Services is preparing to open a second branch office in Malaysia towards the end of this month, indicating the group is continuing to rapidly expand its overseas network.

The office named, Globe Express Logistics (JB) Sdn, will be located on the southern point of the Malaysian peninsula in Johor Bahru, which is the capital of the state of Johor.

This location is said to be strategically important as it acts as an industrial commercial hub owing to its close proximity to north Singapore. Furthermore many of Globe Express' Malaysian suppliers and customers are in this part of Malaysia. Globe Express Services opened its first branch office in Malaysia at Port Klang in September 2005.
