Korean Air Cargo adds capacity on Seoul-Tel Aviv route
POSTED: 10:07 a.m. EDT, March 26,2007

KOREAN Air Cargo is expanding its capacity to Israel on the Seoul-Tel Aviv route by adding an extra cargo flight each week, starting March 30.

The flight will depart from Tel Aviv on Fridays at 0820 hrs and arrive in Seoul at 0050 hrs the following day. Korean Air Cargo deploys a Boeing 747 freighter on this route.

The service upgrade, which is expected to improve schedule stability, comes shortly after it launched its freighter service December 17.

Major items carried on this route are electronic goods, computer and automobile parts, IC and medical equipment, Israeli trade portal Port2Port reported.

The carrier is represented in Israel by Messers Cargo GSA.
