London: The new breed of transatlantic all-business class carriers are entering a period of expansion, as they add aircraft to their initially modest fleets and broaden the reach of their original networks, in spite of an increasingly aggressive response from the traditional network carriers.
L'Avion, the first French all-business class airline, is moving towards adding a second daily service to its route between Paris Orly and New York Newark airports. From late December, it will offer a full single daily service with the addition of a Saturday flight.
Frequency
In January, with the introduction of its second Boeing 757-200, it will begin doubling flight frequency, starting with Friday and Sunday flights.
L'Avion, which operates 90-seat all-business class single aisle 757-200s, began flying in January.
