Customs clearance time can vary depending on the different types of declaration. Generally speaking, as for the procedure from accepting declaration documents to releasing goods, the following lead time applies:

– Half an hour for inbound registration;

– 20 minutes for outbound registration;

– 10 minutes for deemed export;

– Less than one working day for deemed import not involving duty payment;

– Less than one working day after the duty settlement for deemed import involving duty payment.
