The average customs clearance time for the goods entry/exit of WGQ BLP

Customs clearance time can vary depending on the different types of declaration. Generally speaking, as for the procedure from accepting declaration documents to releasing goods, the following lead time applies:

Half an hour for inbound registration;

20 minutes for outbound registration;

10 minutes for deemed export;

Less than one working day for deemed import not involving duty payment;

Less than one working day after the duty settlement for deemed import involving duty payment.

(The above time doesn*t include the time for customs inspection.)
