Sinotrans re-organises subsidiaries in Shandong

Sinotrans Group recently unveiled a re-organisation plan to integrate company resources in Shandong province by transferring all its subsidiaries from Sinotrans Shandong to Qingdao Shandong Sinotrans International Logistics Co. Ltd, the Sinotrans logistics arm in Shandong with its base in the Qingdao Free Trade Zone, Xinhua reported.

The re-organisation involves 10 wholly-owned branches of Sinotrans Shandong including Sinotrans Yantai, Sinotrans Jinan, Sinotrans Weifang, Sinotrans Linyi, etc, as well as three share-holding companies of Sinotrans, including Lu Feng Shipping Co., Ltd, Qingdao Sinotrans-Azuma Logistics Co., Ltd and Weihai Weidong Ferry Co., Ltd, the report said.
