Agility opens freight station in Dubai

2009-8-12

Agility has opened a container freight station (CFS) at its hub in Dubai, for all less-than-container-load (LCL) shippers and consignees.

Agility Dubai CEO Greg Olsen said: "Consolidation of LCL cargo is an important part of the ocean freight business."

"By consolidating freight, the domino effect within the supply chain becomes more environmentally friendly. We have implemented this across three continents and we will continue to find ways to reduce our carbon footprint."
