JCtrans: Hello, Mr. Gert Ulriksfeldt Firstly, will you please make a brief introduction of Jeuro Denmark?
Mr. Gert Ulriksfeldt: Jeuro Denmark was established as a private limited company in 1994. Family owned and managed.
Initially we were mainly engaged in shipments through the Trans Siberian Railway
Today, our activities extended into a number of transport modes such as sea-freight, air freight, rail transport, multimodal transport and truck transport
We are operating as a fully independent freight forwarder.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
Mr. Gert Ulriksfeldt: Our core business today is sea-freight, air freight and rail transport. Covering any part of the globe. Today we are quite much involved also in shipments from Far East areas via China to CIS like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
JCtrans: We know to run a logistics company needs a great deal of work, especially in the increasingly competitive situation. What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Mr. Gert Ulriksfeldt: Competitive rates with a dedicated personal touch. We basically service clients on 24/7 - in order to diversify from the major players, we provide an extended personal and very flexible service
JCtrans: Being engaged in the logistics industry for several years, would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in Denmark?
Mr. Gert Ulriksfeldt: It's as, I believe, all over the world today a very competitive business, very hard, for some business areas, to make a reasonable margin in today's market. Fortunately we are active in niche business where a high degree of knowledge and experience is essential for performing a blameless transportation.
