Mr. Phusorn Nualkhieo: KPS International Transport Co., Ltd. was mainly engaged in import business (70% Nomination shipment to agent at China / USA / Germany / Italy and Export 30%).We have the good term work that has experiences on average 5 years up, and being in this Bussiness and Management team for more than 10 years.
At KPS, we deliver a fully integrated logistics solution that is tailored to the needs of our customers. We are now recognized as one of the leading logistics players in the market, and providing a diverse range of logistics services.
JCtrans: The logistics industry nowadays is becoming fiercer and fiercer. Will you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
Mr. Phusorn Nualkhieo: At the moment more and more Freight Forwarders and Logistics Companies show their different competitiveness. For one side, KPS is stronger in Europe / USA and China traffic. For the other, KPS can get good rates with carrier.
JCtrans: We know KPS provides a diverse range of logistics services, such as warehousing & distribution, freight forwarding, international network solutions and so on. Then would you please talk about the advantageous services of KPS?
Mr. Phusorn Nualkhieo: KPS consists of team who has more experiences in this business so they can solve problem quickly and closely, and then report to customers. And we have network agents who understand that how to solve problem or prove service to customers, as we will advise to them how customers would like to get from us. At the moment we have more network agents as we register with each association.
JCtrans: KPS International Transport Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 15 years. So what do you think is the most important thing to run a logistic company?
Mr. Phusorn Nualkhieo: For the important thing to growth, we think we must have good team work and every person must have enough knowledge for this business. So, we have monthly training with sales team. And we also set up Traning Leadership course for staff from Supervisor to Director...
