　　Weight Discrepancy Fee Implementation 

　　Please be informed that MCC Transport will implement new weight Discrepancy Fee to Intra 

　　Asia countries import to Bangladesh.  

　　This  surcharge  is  applicable  for  containers  to  Chittagong  and  Dhaka  of  which  cargo/ 

　　documentation weight is exceeding maximum weight limitation at Bangladesh and without 

　　acceptance approval from authorized party. The weight limitation as per below:  

　　For Chittagong (BDCGP) - 23700 KGS (Excluding Tare Weight) 

　　For Dhaka (BDDAC)      - 21700 KGS (Excluding Tare Weight) 

　　Details of surcharge implementation as follows_ 

　　Name of Surcharge  Unit  Amount  Effective Date 

　　Weight Discrepancy  Per container/20D  USD 200  15.09.2012 

　　Fee (WDF) 

　　Shipper will settle the amount at origin along with a required Letter 

　　of Indemnity (LOI) and for FOB shipment, respective consignee with prior 

　　agreement with MCC /shipper will settle
