Ministry of Commerce Circular on the Second Distribution Plan in 2005 on Part of Textiles

The responsible commercial sectors in all the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, separately listed cities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the responsible commercial sectors in the city of Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Xi¡¯an, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Guangzhou:

In accordance with Ministry of Commerce Circular on Second Nationwide Application Amount of Textiles Exported to EU in 2005 and combined with the application situation submitted by the local responsible commercial sectors, Second Distribution Plan in 2005 on 10 Categories of Textiles Exported to EU (see Appendix for detail) is now notified. Matters concerned are listed as follows:

1. Local responsible commercial sectors shall transmit this circular to the local operators with permitted export amount and issue related export license in accordance with permitted export amount and related working standards on applying and issuing the Provisional Textile Export License.
2. Related operators shall arrange transaction and transportation of the limited textile products in the rest time of 2005 in accordance with permitted export amount. The redundant export amount shall be submitted promptly.
3. Electronic Commerce Centre of Ministry of Commerce shall handle the technical task of the export management data on limited textile products.
