Announcement No. 32, 2007 of Ministry of Commerce

In order to increase the level of administration according to law, enhance the supervision on administration privilege, establish an administration management system with criterion, coordination, transparency and efficiency, construct government bodies characterized by service and legal system and promote the healthy development of commercial tasks, the Ministry of Commerce decided to have the Service Center for Administrative Affairs deal with some of the administrative affairs of Ministry of Commerce. Matters of concern are listed as follows:

1. As from the release of this Announcement, some of the administrative affairs of Department of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs, Department of Trade in Services, Department of Mechanic, Electronic and Hi-Tech Industry, Department of Market System Development, Department of Commercial Reform and Development, Department of Foreign Investment Administration, Department of Foreign Aid and Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce (see Appendix for details) shall be dealt with at Service Center for Administrative Affairs.
2. For the purpose of improving administration efficiency, the administrative affairs accepted by Ministry of Commerce could be settled at the Online System when a complete online transaction process is provided.
