China's National People's Congress (NPC), the top legislative body, is willing to deepen exchanges with the Albanian People's Assembly, said top legislator Wu Bangguo on Friday.
The NPC will maintain high-level contact and exchanges between various special committees and friendly teams with the Albanian side to enhance mutual understanding and promote bilateral relations, said Wu, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, during a meeting with visiting President of the Assembly Jozefina Topalli.
