Cargolux has added a second weekly frequency to Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo to meet increasing market demand.

Services to Kinshasa were introduced at the end of 2003.

The new flight, CV 7104, was inaugurated on July 5. It leaves Luxembourg every Thursday at 0850 hrs and is routed via Lagos with arrival in Kinshasa at 1800 hrs on the same day. The flight continues to Nairobi, Kenya with arrival on Fridays at 0055 hrs, returning as CV 7114 via Maastricht to Luxembourg, where it arrives every Friday at 1145 hrs.

Cargolux carries mainly general cargo and perishables on its Kinshasa services.
