The shareholders of RZD at the annual meeting decided to pay dividends to the shareholders. The amount of the dividends - 1.051 bln. rubles. The decree on the payout was signed by the prime minister of Russia Mikhail Fradkov.

According to the press-service of RZD, the Board of Directors was re-elected during the meeting. The Board of directors entered V.N.Ampilogov, V.S.Belov, A.V.Dementev, A.D.Zhukov, A.L.Kostin, I.E.Levitin, A.S.Misharin, V.L.Nazarov, A.V.Popova, G.M.Fadeev, I.I.Shuvalov, V.I.Yakunin.

The audition comission of RZD entered M.R. Winther, A.V. Kazutin, E.F.Mikhaylov, S.V.Nesvetaylova, G.S.Nikitin, V.V.Oseledko, E.N.Polyakov, S.V.Tugarinov, O.V.Fedyushkina.
