Kerry-Lynden enters Australia
POSTED: 8:35 a.m. EDT, June 5,2007
Lynden Air Freight and Kerry Logistics have commenced operations in Australia. Through their joint-venture, the companies now serve Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth.

Both companies established Seattle-based joint-venture called Kerry-Lynden in January this year ^to combine sales and operating resources in North America and Asia ̄.

"By providing service in more locations worldwide, our customers can also expand their own operations and services with the assurance that we offer the same high-quality support in new geographic areas," said Lynden International president Dennis Patrick.

Kerry Joint managing director Vincent Wong added: "Our customers prefer to trade with a single global entity instead of multiple agent partners, so we have expanded into new major world markets like Australia to further streamline their experience with us."
