On June,1 the annual session of the Directors' Board of Far East Shipping Company, JSC was hold. During the session directors approved the annual report, the annual balance sheet and the report of profits and losses in 2006.

The share holders elected the new staff of the Board:
- E. N. Ambrosov, general director, Far East Shipping Company;
- S.V. Generalov, president, Industrial Investors;
- S.A. Guschin, deputy director responsible rail road operations, Far East Shipping Company;
- B.M.Lapidus, senior vice-president, Russian Railways;
- S.V.Povarenkin, chairman of the Board of Directors, Industrial Investors;
- K.U.Rubinsky, senior vice-president responsible for the corporate finances, Industrial Investors;
- S.R.Smyslov, chairman of the Board of Directors of Firma Transgarat;
- S.N.Gorkov, director of Eton Energy Ltd;
- W.Ouens, the former governor of Colorado (USA).

The shareholders also accepted 4 candidatures - Moor Stivens, Price Joterhaus, Revinkonsult, Delote and Deloitte and Touche - for the audit in 2007.

Besides, during the session it was decided to invest net profit (984.65 mn rubles) to realize the plans of development and some investment projects. Thus it was decided not to pay dividends to shareholders.

It should be pointed out that the company is now realizing the 3 major projects of building terminals in Vladivostok, in the Moscow region and in Saint-Petersburg.
