Radiant Logistics Inc., an American logistics company, has announced that its unit, Airgroup Corporation, has opened a new operations base in Miami, Florida.

The new Airgroup office, reports the UK's Transport Intelligence, will provide freight forwarding and logistics services and operate from a facility that features 55,000 square feet of warehouse space, a bonded area, 12 loading docks and two railroad sidings.



Frank Engels will lead the new Airgroup office as managing director of the Latin American operations. "We are happy to be joining the Radiant/Airgroup family," said Mr Engels. "They have a real appreciation for the needs for the local owner/entrepreneur and a clear and achievable plan for building a world class logistics organisation."
