Transnautic France has been appointed to market Norwegian Air Shuttle cargo capacity from France.
A Transnautic statement said Norwegian Air Shuttle operates 31 flights a week from France; 14 from Paris (Orly) to Oslo; four to Stockholm ARN as well as twice-weekly flights to Bergen.
It will also fly daily from Nice to Oslo during the summer schedule, plus two flights a week to Bergen and Trondheim.
The summer schedule also includes two flights a week from Bordeaux to Oslo. All services are operated using 1500kg capacity B737-300 aircraft.
Via its Oslo hub, Norwegian Air Shuttle provides frequent same-day connections to all three Baltic States capitals of Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius.
"This is an ideal addition to our current airline portfolio. The potential for Oslo, Stockholm and the Baltic States is particularly good," said Transnautic France's general manager Emmanuelle Deleau.
Transnautic France was launched in 2006 as a subsidiary of Frankfurt-based Transnautic Aero GmbH. In addition to Norwegian Air Shuttle, Transnautic France also represents Aeroflot Cargo, Aeroflot Don, Aerosur, Air Astana, Air Moldova, Mahan Air, Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise, Siberia Airlines, Transaero Airlines and Turkmenistan Airlines.
It is the exclusive French member of the EGSAC cargo GSSA network, which has over 60 branches in 30 countries.
