rail freight: government hot, companies cool in India

Indian logistics circles kept cool head over adopting rail freight services.

Due to rocketing fuel price, India government encourages companies to swith from road freight to rail freight. However, because of the rolling stock, warehouse shortfalls, most companies seems hesitate about this.
