Taiwan's Evergreen Shipping has enhanced its e-Report online services available on its ShipmentLink website, www.shipmentlink.com.

A company statement said the functions have all been improved in response to customer feedback.

With the changes, the Event Notification function not only automatically provides the customer with email notification when shipment activities occur, but will now give email notifications on the status of an individual bill of lading specified by the customer.

The tracking report capability has now been upgraded to provide shippers with an online customised report in Microsoft Excel format as well as PDF format to help trace shipments.

The Shipment Statistics function provides customers with a shipment overview, now available as either a customised PDF file summary or as a detailed Excel sheet report. The enhanced reports can be accompanied by bar, pie and line charts and relevant information can be easily viewed online or can be received by email.
