The chief financial officer of MC Shipping, Dominique Sergent has tendered his resignation after almost 10 years with the company, to pursue other opportunities.

His resignation will be effective from April 4.

It is expected that after this time Alex Gorchakov, the present chief investment officer, will assume the CFO role on an interim basis.
