RJ stabilises Jordanian cargo rates
POSTED: 9:31 a.m. EDT, November 1,2007
ROYAL Jordanian Airlines has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with Jordanian Logistics Association (JLA) regarding a revised tariff at QAIA Airport.

The MoU was signed by JLA chairman, Ibrahim Naouri, and RJ vice-president cargo, Ingo Roessler, and will take effect 1 November 2007.

A new cargo handling tariff, for all export and import air cargo, will now be implemented at Queen Alia International Airport after negotiations between the two parties, promoting stability within the airfreight community.

JLA officially represented the Jordanian logistics and freight forwarding companies with the aim to protect the interests of its members and developing the logistics and freight forwarding industry in Jordan and the region.
