CSCL and Nippon Express to establish joint venture

China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL) has signed a letter of intent to set up a joint venture with Japan's largest logistics company Nippon Express.

The move was in a bid to combine the two companies competitive strengths in container shipping and logistics and provide customers with higher-quality service, reports Xinhua.



China Shipping Group vice president Zhang Guofa, CSCL managing director Huang Xiaowen and senior managers from the Nippon Express attended the agreement signing ceremony.
