Maersk Logistics sets up JV with Shanghai Tie Yang Multimodal in Suzhou

The Suzhou Daily reports that Maersk Logistics has signed a deal with Shanghai Tie Yang Multimodal Transportation Co., to set up Suzhou Tie Yang Multimodal Transportation Co.

The joint venture will reportedly have a registered capital of CNY30 million (US$3.9 million) and an annual transport capacity of 54,000 TEU.



Shanghai Tie Yang Multimodal Transportation Co. is a joint venture of China Railway Container Transport Co, Shanghai Railway Bureau Container Transportation Company and AP Moller-Maersk.
