On the morning of 29^th, an Anhui-licensed tank car loaded with 20 tons of ethanol collided with a truck. Large quantities of ethanol leaked out, and caused explosion. Two drivers were burnt. Tank car turned into burnt frame.

The truck driver said that he felt not right about the truck. When he was pulling over his truck, a tank car hit his truck at the back.
