LYNDEN International is adding EZ Communications to its suite of web-based technology.

“EZ Communications is the newest enhancement that allows our customers to communicate about shipments and activities online,” says Dorene Kolb, director of marketing and sales support. “No phone calls, no e-mails – everything can be done exclusively through EZ Commerce.

“The overall response to EZ Communications has been the ‘ease’ and effectiveness of it. Customers feel comfortable knowing their most up-to-date information is being received and acknowledged,” says Kolb.

In addition to the new EZ Communications feature, Lynden customers receive a variety of options with EZ Commerce, including EZ Shipping, EZ Tracing, EZ Reporting and EZ Invoicing.
