Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has been appointed as service provider in handling air cargo and documentation for Hong Kong Express Airways, Hactl has announced. "We warmly welcome Hong Kong Express Airways to join the Hactl family. Hactl is dedicated to providing world-class cargo handling solutions to the total satisfaction of Hong Kong Express," said Hactl marketing manager Lilian Chan.
