An 800,000 sq ft Immingham warehouse plan has been approved by North East Lincolnshire Council - for the fourth time.
The site east of the A1173 at Queens Road will be targeted at Port of Immingham users.
This is the fourth time the site has received planning consent: the original permission was renewed in 1994, and further consent granted in 2001.
The 48-acre site is identified as an area with a high probability of flood: raised floors at least two metres above ordnance datum, flood warnings, and flood resilient construction methods are proposed.
The land is owned by the Brocklesby Estate.
