Australia's Toll Group has purchased Logistic Distribution Systems (LDS), the UAE-based forwarder with operations at Dubai and the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Tolls said in a statement that the acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, was consistent with its "growth strategy".
