HTK was found in 2004, it is a private owned international forwarding agent.
We r specialized in real forwarding biz - arranging solution from /to Europe incl. Russia/CIS states
In three languages: German, English, Russian. Our staff is working only on "key accounts" - that
Mean for our clients no to change the department while having some new direction in need. That also mean that our employees can handle all kind of transports, from LCL to FCL, break bulk, OoG, FTL, Part-trucks, warehousing, heavy loads, airfreight/seafreight, DG Cargoes and Customs Clearance - Import and Export wise.

To find solutions for service orientated demands in forwarding biz.
From/to Europe, worldwide and transit as well.
JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
Norman Gatgens:
To be efficient, professional, flexible, reliable and fast.
And to let biz running, never to accept some "not possible". Always trying to find the best solution and keep the client satisfied with our work.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
Norman Gatgens:
There is a dramatic fast change into the E-Commerce. That open some wide range
of new clients and biz fields for us cause a huge no of companies believe in the poss to reduce men power and to exchange it into digital solutions. In fact - most of them does not see that we have still a big difference at our continent and even inside Germany. Not each party has the same level of knowledge and need. So more and more are stuck and need some professional help to solve their problems. Then we´re on picture to help them out. Cause we believe that fast and efficient solutions are the core of our biz - not ordinary logistic between continents based on web.
We´re still serving people and their goods.
Because not each company is running with hundreds of TEU´s per week.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
Norman Gatgens:
We can see that our strength is more and more on demand.
But the strategy needs to be flexible and efficient.
