Today we have made an interview with Mrs. Echo the overseas manager of Sinotech, which is a characterized by credit, we know more for the talk.
JCtrans: Sinotech is a famous enterprise in Shenzhen, would you please talk how do you enter into this enterprise?
Echo: Ok, I am internal, but I like to thinking. So I am honest to my enterprise. When I come to Shenzhen, I go directly to logistics companies. Because I heard logistics in Shenzhen develop fast before coming to Shenzhen. I think I could develop myself in this area. So the first company I am interviewed is Sinotech. I know Sinotech is a not very big but it has a bright plan, the boss is very honest and good character. So I am eager to enter in this company. At last I am content.
JCtrans: It seems you enter Sinotech very smoothly, and you grow with Sinotech together.
Echo: Yes, I think this is fate. Since 1999, Echo has 11 years history. We develop our service in Guangdong Province and Hong Kong. We operate international air & sea freight forwarding and door to door express delivery. We offer freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and so on. From the beginning to now, we insist on to run our company with credit, innovation and pragmatic. And we insist on the conception of people oriented, serving society. Under this conception, we grow faster and faster. As one of the enterprise, I am proud of this culture. I choose this company is due to its culture, its credit. No cheat here, whatever internal company or out of the company. So we gain more and more customers.
JCtrans: What do you think the most important thing to grow steadily? Because we know the competition in Shenzhen for logistic company is very serious.
Echo: I think team spirit is very important. When I come to my company, we just a very small company, although the group is small but we have passion to work. And each of us try our best to work, and then we have today. So to Sinotech, elites and team work spirit is the most important thing. And this could not be departed from the humanized management. Now we have more than 500 crews.
We could find Credit and team work is the most important character for Sinotech to have their today¡¯s scale. We all believe because of the credit, this enterprise have their achievement. And we also believe under this conception, Sinotech will be stronger and stronger!
