This week we have made an interview with Mr Yuan who is the manager of Shen zhen Sino-ocean International transport Ltd. Shen zhen Sino-ocean International transport Ltd. is established in 1993, have been developing their expertise in freight forwarding services, especially in Middle East,India,Pakisian,Indonesia,Japan,Korea,SoutheastAsian,European,Mediterranean and North American lines.
JCtrans: You have operated your company for more than 10 years; I think you must have a series your own would you please talk about your conception for running your company?
Mr. Yuan: We have nothing special. I think the only two things are credit and best service. Credit, we all know is very important whatever you do. Credit is a character any person should have. To a company, it is more important I think. I always say what you have promised your customers you should completed it, whatever the difficulties you have come across. Logistic industry is a service industry so service is also very important in this industry. When the cost is the same, customers will choose a company who has better service quality. So our performance indicator has a connection with our service.
JCtrans: How could you explore your foreign market?
Mr. Yuan: We have more than 10 elites to explore our overseas market. We divide our market to several parts, and each of them in charge of their own parts. In this way, they have their own space to develop their own ability completely. So our overseas customer has been increasing quickly since 2008.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about your feeling in this industry?
Mr. Yuan: Study unceasingly; we could get a firm foothold in this industry. The competition is serious now. So we should have strong professional knowledge. And we also should study unceasingly, and then customers could trust us, trust our ability. Each week, we will have a meeting to study from each other. We will talk about the customers we have come crossed, and how could we serve this customers better and so on. In this process, we could not only enhance our ability we also could find happiness.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistics this year?
Mr. Yuan: Logistics industry in China is matured step by step. Because of last years¡¯ financial crisis, many companies which do not fit to the market have been broken down. And the market is steady comparatively. So we plan to try our best to explore our foreign market, we will explore 20 elites who have study English and I hope we could have a new atmosphere for our foreign market.
