On November 19, 2009, China Petrochemical Supply Chain Summit was debuted in Nanjing Parkview Dingshan Hotel, Jiangsu province. The opening ceremony was addressed by Ms. Yang Xiao, Deputy Secretary-General of China Communication and Transportation Association, Ms. Zhu Xiaoyu, Deputy Director of Nanjing Municipal Development & Reform Commission, and Mr. Adam Fan, Co-Founder of CBI China.
The 2009 summit was proved a success. Over 130 decision-makers and elites attended the two-day's conference. Topics regarding of the development of China’s supply chain as well as cost saving were discussed on the table. Two featured training sessions were the highlight of the whole conference.
