Transline Resource supply chain recruiter appoint new national IT manager

2010-12-27

Transline Resource, the leading supply chain recruiter, is confident the huge IT investments it is making in 2011 will put it at the forefront of recruitment technology for years to come and, to ensure that happens, it has appointed a new National IT Manager to oversee implementation.

Gareth Brown, who hails from the company's hometown of Halifax, will be primarily responsible for developing the company's pioneering central KPI monitoring system. His CV is glowing. After majoring in Micro Electronics he held technical and management IT posts in the education sector with the Ridings School and Calderdale Council before running his own IT consultancy 'Brown Computer Services'.

That experience is sure to benefit Transline Resource, which has over 35 on site offices, providing thousands of driving and industrial staff a day. To maintain its competitive edge the company has introduced the technology needed to demonstrate to clients - the UK's leading household name retailers and distributors - that its staff are the best trained and most productive on the market.
