Volga-Dnepr Technics to set up line maintenance station at Vnukovo Airport

Volga-Dnepr Technics (VDT) has obtained approval from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to open a line maintenance station at Moscow¡¯s Vnukovo Airport.
VDT will offer line maintenance up to A Check and related services for Boeing 737Cl and Boeing 747 family aircraft. Volga-Dnepr Technics will be the first aircraft maintenance provider to handle the Boeing 747-8, the latest modification of the Boeing 747, at Vnukovo Airport.
Volga-Dnepr Technics, part of Volga-Dnepr Group, will now operate maintenance bases at three airports in Moscow - Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo. In total, the company now has a presence at 10 airports around the world (SVO, DME, VKO, KJA, ULY, SHJ, DWC, FJR, LEJ and FRA). VDT's future plans include further developing its facilities in all regions where it has operations.
